Future Stars Academy run workshops for females as part of Equal Playing Field Initiative

We are super excited to share the amazing news that Future Stars Academy will be organising a three-day Women Football Clinic in Arusha! This amazing initiative is linked to the international project set up by The Equal Playing Field (EPF) initiative / Altitude Football Project. On 18 June, 28 female football players from around the world will gather on Mt. Kilimanjaro to play the highest elevation football match ever played. Why? To advance opportunity, equality, and respect for girls and women everywhere as athletes and as human beings, and to promote sports development for women especially in globally marginalised countries.

The clinic organised by FSA will take place on the TGT fields from 30 June until 2 July, during these three days girls and women will attend workshops presented by local partner NGO’s on subjects like sport, attitude, empowerment and health. It is not only about the love of the game, it is about having the opportunity to play, as long as you want to, at as high a level as you can, no matter who or where you are! #EqualPlayingField
